Kevin joined Reese Henry in September 2024, bringing a decade of experience in accounting and finance. He began his career in public accounting, specializing in audit and assurance services, primarily within the hospitality and service industries, along with experience in publicly traded companies and non-profits. Kevin then transitioned to industry roles, serving as Controller and on Executive teams for both large and small organizations. His expertise includes financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, data analytics, internal process improvement, systems implementation, and team leadership.
Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration from Colorado Mesa University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado.
Outside of work, Kevin is passionate about outdoor activities such as golf, mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, and camping. He also enjoys coaching and has experience coaching high school football.
Why did you choose the Roaring Fork Valley?
“I grew up in rural Western Colorado and remember driving I-70 thinking how awesome it would be to live in this area, so when we had the opportunity to move here in 2020 we jumped at the chance.”
What does living the “Aspen Idea” mean to you?
“The Aspen Idea to me is being able to integrate the outdoor hobbies we all love with our careers and ensure overall happiness and balance.”
