Why did you choose Bryant, Arkansas?

“I live here with my husband and two-year-old son. We love living in “The Natural State” where there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. We also enjoy spending time with our families, who also live in Arkansas, and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks.”

What does living the “Aspen Idea” mean to you?

“In order to best serve one’s employer and clients, I feel that it is important to take care of yourself. Understanding the importance that Reese Henry places on work/life/community balance encourages me to truly embrace the culture and excites me to join the Reese Henry team.”

Why did you choose to join the team at Reese Henry?

“I chose to join Reese Henry because of how welcoming and personable everyone has been from the very start. It was clear to me that the well-being of employees is a top priority here, and the firm truly values happiness, health, and work-life balance. What brought me here, and what keeps me, is the flexibility and the positive, encouraging environment that Reese Henry offers. It almost seemed too good to be true, but I’m confident that this supportive culture will continue as I become part of the team.”
