Kara Borjeson
Administrative Assistant
Kara joined Reese Henry in November 2024, bringing a background in human resources with experience in payroll, full-cycle recruiting, and employee engagement. With strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, she is passionate about fostering a supportive workplace environment. Her psychology background enables her to connect with team members and enhance workplace culture.
Kara graduated from Gonzaga University with degrees in Psychology Research and Criminal Justice and recently earned her SHRM-CP certification in Human Resources. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and running. She is also committed to community involvement, having helped organize events for the Shining Stars Foundation and Lift UP in the Roaring Fork Valley, programs dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the local community.
Why did you choose the roaring fork valley?
“I was initially drawn to the Roaring Fork Valley for skiing, mountains, and outdoor lifestyle. Living in a tight-knit community that allows me to pursue a balanced lifestyle is one of the main reasons I have stayed.”
What does living the “Aspen Idea” mean to you?
“It inspires me to contribute to the community while staying mindful of my own well-being, focusing on continuous learning and maintaining an active lifestyle.”
