Ben Nathanson

Ben joined Reese Henry in August 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in enhancing the employee experience. After starting his career in audit with Deloitte, Ben transitioned to focus on key areas such as recruiting, onboarding, engagement, development, coaching, and alumni relations. He holds a Master's in Accounting from CU Boulder, is an inactive CPA, and has earned a certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the same institution.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys a balance of activity and relaxation, finding joy in both forest bathing and floating in deprivation tanks. He values deep connections with people, whether through sharing meals, attending concerts, exploring trails, hitting the golf course, or participating in acts of kindness.
