Why did you choose Little Rock?
“I grew up in a small farming town southeast of Little Rock, Arkansas and moved here right after college. What I like about the area is the size – small, but not too small. It also offers the conveniences of city living combined with easy access to outdoor offerings.”
What does living the “Aspen Idea” mean to you?
“It’s kind of funny to me how things fall into place sometimes. I came up with my top 5 core values in the Spring of 2023 – faith, growth, relationships, healthy lifestyle, and deeper thinking. The "Aspen Idea" inspires me to commit to a personal challenge of mine to live a life reflective of these values. I still get to step out of my comfort zone, push my body, and expand my mind. This applies to my professional career, as much as it does my personal life.”
Why did you choose to join the team at Reese Henry?
“At Reese Henry, I've quickly observed how the firm keeps employees engaged by leveraging individual strengths, ensuring quality service for clients, and promoting a genuine work-life balance. The partners take a personal interest in optimizing our roles, a practice I've seen in action with reallocation and reassignment of tasks to suit our abilities and needs better. Fellow remote employees consistently affirm the firm's commitment to balance, with leadership actively encouraging us to embrace it. It's not just lip service; they truly embody this ethos. During my interview process, Reese Henry surpassed my expectations, offering a relaxed environment and a work-life balance unparalleled in Central Arkansas. The combination of exceptional client service and challenging work that fosters my growth and engagement was ultimately why I chose to become part of the Reese Henry team.”
