Ryan has been with Reese Henry since 2014, bringing over 15 years of diversified legal and public accounting experience, in both the public and private sectors. He specializes in federal, state and local taxation, corporate & business tax law, mergers, acquisitions & divestitures, wealth management and estate planning. Ryan’s practice involves a broad range of transactional tax work for family offices, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, in the areas of entity formation, reorganization, mergers, acquisitions & divestitures and compliance. He excels at strategic tax consulting for individuals and entities alike, and given his tax background, provides unique insight into these transactions.
Ryan holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame, a J.D. & Tax Certificate from Loyola, Chicago, and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver.
