COVID-19 Virus Response

ReeseHenry_COVID19-Virus-Response

The health and safety of our people, clients and communities is our top priority. We are prepared to provide you a seamless client service experience as we face the uncertainties and health challenges arising from the COVID-19 Virus. We are closely monitoring the latest advisories from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our state and local governments.

In response to state and local advisories and health orders, we are implementing social distancing strategies to protect our people, clients and communities. Our professionals and staff have the ability to work remotely and securely, allowing us to provide you timely and uninterrupted services.

Limiting In-Person Meetings and Office Visits

We are limiting in-person interactions to the extent possible in an effort to protect you, our people and by extension our communities. Although in-person meetings may often serve as the best means of communication, we thank you for understanding and supporting our temporary preference to schedule meetings by telephone or video conference.

When possible, please provide us your tax and other business information electronically via our secure client portal: https://www.reesehenry.com/clients.

Also, when possible, we will deliver reports, documents and tax returns for signature to you electronically.

Contingency Plan for Reese Henry Office Closure

In the event of a temporary office closure as a result of a COVID-19 outbreak, we will be working remotely in an effort to limit any interruptions to client service. You will be able to reach us as you normally do by phone or email during our regular business hours.

Tax Deadlines

The Trump Administration and lawmakers have asked the IRS to delay the April 15 tax deadline. At the time of this correspondence no change to the April 15 deadline has been announced by the IRS. We will alert you immediately if the IRS makes an official change to the deadline and begin working with you directly regarding impacts and planning for your individual situation.

Please contact us should you have any questions, concerns or if we can be of assistance in helping you or your business navigate the financial uncertainties and economic impacts arising from the COVID-19 outbreak.

We hope that you and your families are safe and healthy.
