Katelynn Schultz is a seasoned professional with roles spanning from payroll at John Deere, HOA Accountant for the Aspen Skiing Company, to HOA Controller for First Choice Management. Katelynn's experience and technical expertise, including a ProAdvisor Advanced Certification for Quickbooks Online, focuses on HOA/Property Management Accounting. In addition, she enjoys teaching and mentoring others.

“What attracted me to the Roaring Fork Valley are its mountains, nature, rivers, and skiing opportunities. What keeps me here are those, plus the pleasure of experiencing all four seasons and being able to wander in nature, go jeeping, skiing, and kayak-floating.”

“I aspire to balancing my life the best way for me, as everyone's balance is made up in different ways. I try to keep my mind sharp and clear, and my body nourished and moving. For my spirit, I try to connect it with nature. I try to follow my heart in the activities that call to me, and when I'm struggling, I do my best to not judge and give myself the self-care I deserve.”
